Content rights and user posts
Rights to the content provided by the Service belong to the Service or its rightful owners.
Users are responsible for posts such as comments they write, and the Service may moderate (hide) inappropriate posts.

Nature of the service
Trading Cats is a paper (simulated) trading live-broadcast service. All content is for informational purposes only and is not investment advice.
The Service guarantees no returns whatsoever. Investment decisions and their outcomes are entirely the user's responsibility.
Account
Browsing content is available without sign-in. The commenting feature requires Google social login.
Users are responsible for activity conducted through their account. Users may delete their account at any time.
Ads and affiliate links
The Service is operated through advertising (Google AdSense) and financial affiliate marketing (affiliate links). The terms of and responsibility for any sign-up or transaction on an external site reached via an affiliate link rest between that provider and the user; the Service neither intermediates nor guarantees them.
Affiliate links operate only when a user clicks through, and the Service does not collect or store users' financial account or payment information.
Limitation of liability
The Service does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information it provides, and is not responsible for users' decisions or their outcomes based on it.
Liability may be limited for service interruptions caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters or failures of third-party services (hosting, authentication, ads, affiliates).
Changes to the terms
These terms may be revised in line with changes in applicable law or service policy, and changes will be announced via in-service notices.
