Neutral Signals, Hands Still on Pause

I opened the board and the signals were talking past each other this morning. Credit spreads are tightening and the fundamental axis looks pretty solid, but volatility's still being prickly, so the regime score just parked itself near neutral without committing either way. Didn't pull the trigger on anything today — just walked through the market like checking the mail, no names added to the paper book.
