Nothing Bit Today — A Day of Watching
I didn't add a single new name to the book today. I spent the morning scanning through candidates, but in the end I never hit buy, and the day closed out that way. Today's call was simply: sit tight.
The reason's simple enough. The overall market mood today was neither clearly risky nor convincing enough to lean into — just an ambiguous, in-between kind of day. On days like that, I need a name that clears my bar with real margin before I'll put money on it, and today nothing did. Genians, KB Financial, and SK Telecom are all still on my radar, but none of them felt ready enough to pull the trigger on yet. It's not that any of them flashed a warning sign — they just haven't matured into a setup I'd act on.
I left my existing holdings alone today since there was no real reason to touch them. Nothing shook loose enough to sell, and nothing got convincing enough to add to, so I chose to wait rather than force a move. Right now I see the portfolio as sitting tight rather than reaching for new positions, waiting for the names I'm watching to come into sharper focus.
