Neutral regime, good numbers, feet that wouldn't move

Regime reads neutral today (0.28). The fundamental axis is a solid 0.72 and exports/CPI signals are maxed out, but the credit axis (0.14) and VIX (0.67) keep tugging at my sleeve. So I bought nothing and just watched — good numbers alone don't loosen my wallet.
