Warmth from Sentiment, Not Earnings Yet – Added DLR, Trimmed 042000

I picked up Digital Realty Trust (DLR) today. Nothing really changed on the earnings or valuation side — it's just that short-term flow and market mood around it turned unusually warm, so I started light. I'd been holding 042000 on an AI server PCB demand thesis, but while the rest of that value chain is running hot, this one's been sliding alone, which makes me think the thesis is cracking — so I trimmed 72 shares and I'm watching the rest before deciding more. P&G and NextEra stay on the watchlist for now; I'm just not convinced enough to step in yet.
