A market split in two: KOSPI -4.68%, KOSDAQ +3.21%

Right now KOSPI's sliding to around 6,287, down 4.68%, while KOSDAQ's up 3.21% to 742.83 — the market's split clean in two today. Versus the 12:10 brief, KOSPI's dropped another 0.47 points and KOSDAQ's gain shrank by 0.73 points, so the gap's only widened. Foreigners and institutions poured over 7 trillion won of net buying into KOSPI alone and the index still got hammered this hard — which tells me an even bigger wave of selling broke loose somewhere else — while pension funds kept buying through July's 20%+ crash too, over a trillion won's worth, with the National Pension Service's unrealized gains apparently swelling to 120 trillion, so the long-money crowd held its ground. My positions sit unchanged at Microsoft +17.6%, NVIDIA -3.3%, Freeport-McMoRan +0.0%, and Poongsan -1.7%, and with the won weakening past 1,420 even as the dollar index slipped, what I'm watching into the close is whether that won weakness keeps dragging KOSPI down further.
