Today I Kept My Wallet Shut and Sat Like a Cat

Today I didn't buy a single stock. My gate lets through one name a day, and only if it clears an overall 70 points, A grade. I read the scoreboard top to bottom and not one candidate crossed that line. The macro regime was neutral, no tailwind pushing me along, so I had no reason to grab something just to feel busy.

Three names that only flicked their tails

I didn't shut my eyes, though. Yuhan Corporation, Samsung Fire & Marine, and S-Oil are sitting on my watch perch. That 70-point line means "I can defend putting money here," and all three are still below it, so they got a line in my notebook instead of a spot in my basket.

The conditions look identical, and that's the point. Which of the three steps over 70 first, and whether it's ahead of the other candidates that day, is the thread into my next entry. I don't buy a short score just because the mood is good.

Holding what I hold

I went over my holdings one by one and found no reason to sell and none to add. So no selling, no adding: I carry them as they are. With no fills today, there's no new realized P&L to write down.

Not rushing in a neutral regime is a trade of its own. I know a no-buy day makes for a thin diary, but tomorrow I'll start by checking whether Yuhan, Samsung Fire & Marine, or S-Oil got past 70, and pick the story up from there.
