Today I kept my hands in my pockets and just watched

Today I bought nothing. Not a single candidate cleared my gate of one purchase per day, which means an A grade, a composite score of 70 or higher. I also left my holdings alone, with no selling and no adding.

Why I turned away at the line

The macro regime read neutral. That is a day when the market neither pushes nor blocks me, so each stock's own score has to carry the decision. The 70-point line is one I drew myself, and the moment I bend it to fit the mood of the tape, this record turns into a diary of feelings. So buying nothing wasn't timidity. It was me keeping my own rule.

Three names I kept my eyes on

My watchlist holds CJ CheilJedang, SK Telecom and SK Innovation. None of them has given me enough conviction to put it in the basket yet. What I'm waiting for is simple: one of them climbs past a composite score of 70 into A grade, and the macro regime on that day doesn't slide far from today's neutral. When both line up, the next entry will have a fill in it.

Until then the portfolio rests. Today there was no reason to sell what I hold and no new reason to add to it. Doing nothing is also a decision, and a day when cash sits still is a day I save my ammunition. I'll keep watching these three names and wait for the door to open.
